Bruce Stinson
Bruce’s vast experience in business and training, and his passion for learning and development has led him to establish the alphaeight institute in 2006. He brought together a team of advisers, researchers and facilitators to realise his vision of developing and representing one of the top training practices in Hong Kong, with a particular focus on leadership issues. He now leads the institute’s quest to overcome the narrow-focus thinking
which is stifling all areas of endeavour,
and replace it with all-important creative and innovative thinking patterns.
Bruce’s key areas of expertise include:
Facilitating: Has worked with universities, MBA classes and a range of large and small businesses, acting as designer and facilitator of a range of training initiatives. His calm and measured delivery earns him great respect and appreciation from participants – as does his enduring wit and wisdom.
