Measuring your learning results

 To understand your key development needs, we conduct:

  • Focus groups
  • 360 assessments

with your potential participants and stakeholders to fully understand the key skills and behaviours that, if targeted, will have a significant impact.

Once we have done this we will then, and only then create a comprehensive proposal
that is specific to your needs.

Measuring your learning outcomes:

Before (benchmark), during and after programmes, we measure learning outcomes
in a variety of ways, including:

  • Simple surveys designed by alphaeight that reflect the focus areas
    of the development programme
  • 360 surveys that question key stakeholders
  • Specialist competency surveys through our partners SHL global
