Measuring your learning outcomes:
Before (benchmark), during and after programmes, we measure learning outcomes
in a variety of ways, including:
- Simple surveys designed by alphaeight that reflect the focus areas
of the development programme
- 360 surveys that question key stakeholders
- Specialist competency surveys through our partners SHL global
