Neuroscience findings offer new improved ways of developing high performing employees and delivering more effective people development solutions.

During this event we will share how to use neuroscience findings to make a difference in any workplace setting as well as review case studies that demonstrate the successful application of neuroscience in a work environment.

Discussion will revolve around the following topics:

  • Influencing & Motivating
  • Emotional Management
  • Learning & Memory
  • Understanding self & Others

These interest group meetings are NOT alphaeight training workshops. The Neuroleadership Institute based in the U.S. has appointed people interested in neuroleadership to hold these meetings around the world. Our aim is to bring people from different fields together, share with them neuroscience research findings on a specific topic and create a forum for discussing the findings.
