Stress Management Public Workshop

20101104

4 November 2010 – the alphaeight institute

The alphaeight institute training room was the venue for a public Stress Management workshop in early November 2010, facilitated by Alistair Lamont and Bruce Stinson.

The session focused on the causes of stress with a particular emphasis on what is actually happening in our brain when we become stressed and how it can be combated.

The session finished with some very practical applications for the participants to “take away” to de-stress their lives.

Feedback was very positive with one participant later reporting in that he had applied one of the suggested techniques the very next morning and finally rid himself of a very stressful situation.

We will be repeating the workshop in 2011, to attend, please keep an eye on our calendar for upcoming events or contact the institute’s team at info@alphaeight.com
