In order to celebrate the Chamber’s 25th anniversary, the Australian Chamber of Commerce has organised a Mentoring Programme to offer the next generation of leaders the opportunity to directly learn from the Australian business community in Hong Kong.
The alphaeight institute is proud to sponsor this programme along with the ANZ Bank. We believe a successful mentoring relationship benefits an organisation in various levels. It not only creates a platform for protégé to seek advice and learn directly from the mentors but also provides a channel for mentors to reflect on their responsibility and roles in the organisation. Mentoring is a great way of building communication between different groups as well as boosting morale within the organisation.
This Programme kicked off with its first event to match Mentors and Protégés where Alistair Lamont, International Practice Director, gave a welcoming speech to all participants containing tips for the mentoring relationship with the brain in mind.
