Titus Chui has over 20 years experience in both the banking industry and the learning and development field, where he specialises in designing and delivering senior
management development programmes.

Prior to joining the Alphaeight Institute, Titus held a number
of positions including:

• Head of People Development
  of CITIC Ka Wah Bank;
• Group Training & Development
  Manager of Jardine Flemings
  Holdings Ltd. responsible
  for the Group’s learning
  and development in the Asia Pacific
• Training & Development Manager at Hong Kong Housing Society
• Senior consultant of Time Manager International (TMI) HK Ltd.,
  a management consultant firm. 

Holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Training from the University of Leicester,
Titus is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Fellow Member
of the Institute of Human Resource Management.

Training: Certified Trainer for various vendor programmes including targeted management, interaction management and techniques for an empowered workforce of DDI.

Teaching: Works as an instructor of the Open University of HK, the SPACE of University
of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.

Subjects include banking laws, communications, change management, complaint handling,
public speaking, selling and service management.

Coaching: Experienced in coaching Conflict Management and Leadership Derailment Programmes, utilising assessment tools such as MBTI and NLP. Over 90% proven success rate in solving internal (collegial & departmental) and client based conflicts, often due to misunderstanding
of mutual interests.
